TRACY PALMER
Tracy Norman-Palmer is a native of Edenton, North Carolina. She is the wife to James Palmer, the mother to Tykeishia, Tavonia, James and Jayvon; and a Nana to 7 beautiful and precious grand kids; whom she adores dearly. Tracy has devoted her life to Christ in true worship, prayer, serving, fasting, and ministering the word of God in truth and transparency. She desires to be used to draw the nonbeliever to Christ, motivate, inspire, uplift, edify, encourage, and empower all of Gods people; particularly young women inspiring to grow closer to Christ and walk in their divine purpose.
Pastor Palmer gave her life to Christ in March of 2006 while she was in a very low place in life. After realizing everything she had tried failed. She decided to seek Jesus. She has been walking with Christ ever since. Though, trials, tribulations, test and sickness, may come against her, she has a different way of dealing with this thing called “Life”, She is reminded of Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon formed against thee shall prosper.” The weapons may form, but with prayer they will not prosper. All that she has gone through in life; God has allowed her to be VICTORIOUS and not the VICTIM, to OVERCOME and not SUCCUMB.
Tracy holds an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Delaware Technical Community College, and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Strayer University. She was licensed and ordained under the leadership of her Presiding Prelate Bishop Brian D. Moore of Life Center Fellowship Church in Charleston, S.C. and Pastor, Overseer Mark D. Harmon of Father’s Kingdom/Victory Church in Dover, DE, after completing M.I.T.
Pastor Tracy is the Founder and CEO of Tracy Palmer Ministries, Inc., which was awarded the 2018 Community Difference Maker Award, #iamGodsGirl brand, & 5G~Girls & Guys Gathering Glorifying God Mentor Program which is a ministry God dropped in her spirit; she mentors females, she is a listening ear for all of God's people; she is very inspirational, she encourages, empowers, uplift, and pray for people that seek her advice, or wisdom. Tracy Palmer is truthful, transparent, courageous, and tenacious. She is very passionate about her call in the ministry and to people!
Pastor Tracy is also the Founder of TPMinistries Food Pantry and Clothing Closet which is located in Dover, Delaware. She feeds the homeless, she cooks for the community during holiday time, she coordinates adopt a family & holiday drives, host food drives, she host multiple community events throughout the year and she is a huge resource to the community at large. She is the Author of Surviving with Purpose, and Co-Author in Amazon’s #1 Best Selling books; Girl, Get Up and Win, and Prayer, Changes Everything.
Pastor Palmer enjoys talking about the goodness of Jesus and all that he has done for her and her family. She loves traveling, visiting her family especially her grandparents, spending quality time with her family and friends, cooking, serving in the community, and writing. Tracy is also featured in 2 movies; “Strong Black Coffee” and “A Fight for the Good Guy” of which her eldest son plays the leading role.
Pastor Palmer’s favorite quote is one that she often tells herself to encourage herself to keep going; “Don’t Die in Your Process” now she encourages others to keep going. Tracy has a powerful testimony. One of her favorite scriptures is Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” She Loves with a pure heart!
