ABOUT TRACY PALMER

Pastor Tracy Norman-Palmer is a native of Edenton, North Carolina, and a devoted woman of faith, family, and purpose. She is the loving wife of James Palmer, proud mother of Tykeishia, Tavonia, Tirany, James, and Jayvon, and a cherished Nana to eight beautiful grandchildren whom she adores deeply.

In March 2006, during one of the lowest seasons of her life, Pastor Tracy surrendered her life to Jesus Christ. After realizing that everything she had tried had failed, she made the life-changing decision to seek Christ wholeheartedly. Since that day, she has remained steadfast in her walk with God. Through trials, tribulations, tests, and sickness, she stands firm on the promise of Isaiah 54:17: “No weapon formed against thee shall prosper.” Though weapons may form, through prayer they shall not prosper. Her life is a testimony of being victorious, not a victim, and overcoming rather than succumbing.

Pastor Tracy has devoted her life to true worship, prayer, fasting, service, and ministering the Word of God with truth and transparency. She carries a sincere desire to draw the non-believer to Christ while motivating, inspiring, uplifting, edifying, encouraging, and empowering all of God’s people; especially young women seeking to grow closer to Christ and walk boldly in their divine purpose.

She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Delaware Technical Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. Pastor Tracy was licensed and ordained after completing M.I.T. under the leadership of Presiding Prelate Bishop Brian D. Moore of Life Center Fellowship Church (Charleston, SC) and the Late Pastor/Overseer Mark D. Harmon of Father’s Kingdom/Victory Church (Dover, DE).

Founder & Community Leader

Pastor Tracy is the Founder and CEO of Tracy Palmer Ministries, Inc., recipient of the 2018 Community Difference Maker Award, she also received woman of the year in 2022. She is also the visionary behind:

• 5G ~ Girls & Guys Gathering Glorifying God Mentor Program

• TP Ministries Food Pantry and Clothing Closet (Dover & Wilmington, Delaware)

• The People Community Outreach & Human Services

Through these initiatives, she mentors young women, serves as a listening ear to all of God’s people, and provides spiritual guidance, encouragement, and empowerment. She feeds the homeless, cooks for the community during holidays, coordinates adopt-a-family initiatives, hosts food drives, and organizes multiple community outreach events throughout the year. She is a vital resource and pillar within the Dover community.

Personal Life & Passion

Pastor Tracy loves speaking about the goodness of Jesus and sharing her powerful testimony. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family, especially her grandbabies, cooking, serving her community, and writing.

Her favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Her personal encouragement mantra is:
“Don’t Die in Your Process.”
Now, she shares that same message to inspire others to persevere.
